Terms and Conditions
1. Services Provided
Unity Pest Management provides residential pest control services, including inspections, preventative treatments, and targeted remediation for insects, rodents, and other household pests. Specific service plans and frequencies are outlined in your individual service agreement.
2. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure effective treatment, customers agree to:
• Prep the area as specified prior to technician arrival.
• Provide safe access to the property, including crawlspaces and attics if applicable.
• Ensure all pets and residents are kept clear of treated areas for the duration specified by the technician.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
Service appointments are scheduled in advance. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice or grant access during a scheduled window may result in a service fee.
4. Payments
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept major credit cards and digital payments. Accounts with past-due balances may be subject to service suspension and late fees.
5. Warranties and Limitations
While we strive for total elimination, pest control is an ongoing process. Warranties for specific pests are valid only if the customer maintains the recommended frequency of service. We are not liable for property damage existing prior to service or caused by pest activity occurring despite our treatments.
6. Safety and Eco-Conscious Practices
Unity Pest Management is committed to Integrated Pest Management (IPM) techniques. We use the most effective and least-invasive products available to protect your home and the local Virginia environment. Full Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available upon request.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes arising from our services shall be handled within the jurisdiction of the Virginia court system.
